Sport: Men's Gymnastics - Horizontal Bar

The gymnast grasps the bar in the overgrasp position while leaning slightly forward over the bar. The body is then turned forward in a downswing motion before bringing it into a piked position with hands regripping the bar. With the body in a deep fold, the movement is kept rotating until the gymnast begins to extend his body and slow down the motion by pressing the bar into his hips.
