Attack lines

(Sport: Volleyball)

Definition

These separate each side of the court into a front zone and a back zone. The lines are parallel to the net, and are 10ft from the center line. A player in the back row may try for an attack hit if they are behind the attack line or when they are in front of the line, providing that the ball is lower than the top of the net.
