Definition

A class of shooting for 0.3in-caliber rifles without prohibited alteration or additions, in British and Commonwealth competitions. The blade of the foresight may be undercut, even though sights must be as issued. The course of fire and the range distances are the same as for target rifle. Only in the case of "deliberate shooting" can the use of slings be allowed. On all other occasions, slings and other artificial aids, are not permitted.
