Double leg circle

(Sport: Men's Gymnastics - Pommel Horse)


Keeping the legs together at all times, the gymnast will start off by leaning on both arms while the legs are leaning out and away from the body to perform this exercise. As the gymnast swings his hips and legs around, he will lift his arm and switch to the other as his body passes around, so that he is always supported by one arm as his body moves in a full circle.
