Forward seat circle(Sport: Men's Gymnastics - Horizontal Bar)
The gymnast begins by sitting on the bar with his hands in undergrasp. He then lifts his seat above his shoulders before bringing his thighs in to his chest and squatting his legs downward between his arms. The body should be in a deep fold under the bar. He then goes into upswing, pressing down on the bar while still in the pike position, then extending the body to slow down the motion.
