Definition
When an attacker runs the ball over the end line, the defending side is awarded a puck-out. It is taken from within the parallelogram, and all opponents must be beyond the 71yd free puck. When a defender runs the ball over the end line, the attacking team is awarded a free puck on the 71yd line, opposite where the ball crossed the line.
