Definition

In the individual competitions, contestants can compete in either the 11yd, or 33yd matches. In the 11yd, competitors have to shoot a prearranged number of shots within 100 minutes from an unsupported standing position. In the 33yd, competitors shoot in a standing position and a kneeling position with 90 minutes for each part.
